Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess the extent of repairs needed

Prepare detailed repair estimates, considering both parts and labor costs

Collaborate with customers, insurance agents, and internal teams to explain estimates and repair processes

Maintain accurate records of repair orders, updates, and related communications

Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure repairs are performed efficiently and to high standards

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in collision repair techniques

Qualifications: Previous experience as a Collision Estimator or in a similar role within the automotive industry

Proficiency in estimating software and familiarity with industry-specific tools

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively

Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
