Job description

This is a hybrid position in Austin, TX. You must be able to commit to 3 days onsite.

Our Financial client's Brand Identity group is responsible for the development and socialization of the Brand Identity as well as oversight of all brand assets. This includes building and protecting the brand with internal and external stakeholders; developing and stewarding the brand guidelines; and managing the photography used by the brand.

Responsibilities:

Lead Taxonomy/metadata in Bynder, including keyword structure to all Brand Identity assets and reorganization

Document and provide reports on use of assets

Analyze DAM data to help develop creative strategies

Partner with key business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to organize Brand Identity assets

Manage content life cycle

Make recommendations to improve department DAM workflows

Socialization of the Brand Portal

Usage Rights Reviews

Coordinate pre-production planning and purchasing of artwork (photography and illustration) and prepares for reproduction

Stock research requests and purchasing

Administer all related paperwork, PO's, invoices, releases, etc.

Manage portrait shoots, including processing, coordinate retouching and uploading

Stock research requests and purchasing

Respond to asset requests and reviewing finished materials.

Builds relationship at appropriate client/vendor level

Keeps abreast of current trends and technology

Experience:

Previous experience as a Digital Asset Management experience. (Bynder preferred)

The ability to work independently; yet strong collaboration skills are required

Good judgment and imagination to be able to make recommendations for the visual elements of our Brand

Must have 2+ years of experience within photography, stock photography or comparable industry

Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, Lightroom and Illustrator skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Computer literate

Team player

Should enjoy a challenging, fast paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills and detail oriented

Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $41.15 to $45.73 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
