Responsibilities

Lead and oversee electrical projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Manage a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.

Schedule tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and budgets.

Conduct site inspections to assess project progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Collaborate with project managers and clients to discuss project requirements and updates.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation and construction phases.

Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices in electrical systems and safety practices.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrician Foreman or in a similar leadership role in the electrical field.

Valid electrical license in the state of operation with a strong understanding of electrical code and regulations.

Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and maintenance procedures.

Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with clients, teams, and stakeholders.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
