In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, assisting in various financial analysis tasks and contributing to USMS's success. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must undergo a Background Investigation (BI) - Public Trust Responsibilities: Processes financial documents and transactions from designated Districts using the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS) Reviews accounting practices to ensure compliance with other Federal laws and regulations (e.g., Single Audit Act), generally accepted Government accounting practices, and relevant Office Management and Budget circulars Identifies corrective actions for improper or illegal expenditures and accounting funds Reviews and analyzes annual financial statements to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, program policies, and procedures Demonstrates proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software and general knowledge of financial statements Qualifications: Four-year undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting Superior attention to detail Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with superior Excel skills (V-look up, Pivot Tables, etc.) Excellent interpersonal skills About Mavyin: Mayvin offers our employees an innovative culture, excellent benefits and amenities, an inclusive work environment, ongoing career development, and recognition and rewards to honor hard work.
