Job description

Duties Assist the Field Engagement Team in planning, coordinating, and executing industry events and community outreach activities, ensuring seamless event management and engagement with stakeholders. Coordinate with internal stakeholders including the communications team, marketing, executive services, and public affairs office (PAO) to align event strategies and messaging. Oversee operational tasks related to events, such as generating orders and creating tasks in ETMS2, to ensure logistical support and smooth execution. Provide regular updates to leadership on project milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines, while effectively coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables. Serve as a senior management advisor acting with authority on behalf of the organization leadership in planning, organizing, and directing extensive efforts for broad programs that require expert knowledge of specialized methods and techniques. Requirements Conditions of Employment Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
