Job Description:

As a Product Manager, you will lead digital disruption on behalf of investors and advisors, ensuring that every interaction is simple and easy. You will collaborate with user experience and design, investment, and technology partners across the client to build experiences our users are passionate about, contributing to our journey in transforming the future of financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the growth and retention of the Client Intelligent Portfolios and Client Intelligent Portfolios Premium offers while monitoring the automated investing competitive landscape.

Coordinate with business partners to execute growth, retention, and client/rep experience projects.

Proactively analyze data to uncover insights that drive business value and impact.

Collaborate with technology, product, field, investment, legal, and marketing partners to support the daily operation of the offer.

Understand the client and rep experience, driving solutions for enhancements and addressing pain points.

Manage the regulatory communication process, identify pain points, and support regulatory initiatives for SIP/P.

Oversee the delivery of client regulatory communications and necessary follow-ups.

Lead business and project planning for client and rep enhancements, partnering with Technology, Platform, Regulatory, Investment, and Field Teams.

Maintain and improve internal communications while serving as a subject matter expert for the offer across the organization.

Lead special projects for SIP and SIP Premium, collaborating across the client to drive results.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

Demonstrated experience in process mapping with a focus on improving client/rep experiences.

Ability to collaborate across multiple functional areas and implement solutions with key stakeholders.

Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver actionable recommendations.

Capacity to develop multiple solutions to the same problem, highlighting benefits and roadblocks.

Adaptability and a growth mindset, thriving in iterative environments while welcoming feedback.

Minimum of 5+ years in consulting, strategy, product development, or process improvement.

Bachelor's degree required, with validated experience in managing complex projects.

Ability to understand underlying business needs, critical paths, and timelines surrounding key goals.

Proficiency in maintaining regulatory compliance and processes in collaboration with partners.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
