Position Overview:

As a Product Marketing Manager Intern at Flow Global Software Technologies, you will be at the forefront of our B2B marketing initiatives, creating and executing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and product awareness. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-pressure tech environment while mastering your marketing and content creation skills. The ideal candidate is a total expert in sales, and will have 1-2+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, content marketing, blogging, email marketing, social media marketing, web marketing, lead generation, and copywriting. A Bachelor's degree in English Literature or Marketing is required, and an impeccable command of the English language is essential. The internship is remote-only and requires a commitment of at least 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Marketing: Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for various platforms, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, and other marketing collateral that engages and educates B2B audiences.
Email Marketing: Plan, create, and manage targeted email campaigns to nurture leads, promote content, and drive engagement with potential customers.
Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow our social media presence, crafting compelling posts and engaging with followers on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
Web Marketing: Optimize website content for SEO and user engagement, ensuring it effectively communicates the value of our products and services to B2B audiences.
Lead Generation: Implement B2B lead generation strategies, leveraging content marketing, email campaigns, and social media to drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
Copywriting: Craft clear, persuasive, and compelling copy for marketing materials, including landing pages, email campaigns, blog posts, and social media content.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, using insights to inform content strategy and product positioning.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that promote our products, enhance brand visibility, and generate leads.
Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, blogging, email marketing, social media marketing, web marketing, lead generation, and copywriting.
Expert: Total expert in sales.
Education: Bachelors degree in English Literature, Marketing, or a related field.
Copywriting: Impeccable command of the English language, with exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
Creative: A creative thinker with a talent for storytelling and the ability to produce engaging, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure marketing performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, particularly in writing and editing, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all content.
Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Self-Motivated: A proactive and self-driven individual who can work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with the team.
Tools: Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software, social media management tools, and content management systems (CMS).
