Job description

Responsibilities:

Build highly productive relationships with sales and marketing leaders to drive high close rates, offer demand generation advice, and maintain the feedback loop.

Ensure procedural excellence by maintaining tight documentation and reinforcing team standards.

Capitalize on opportunities for increased effectiveness and efficiency by driving key automation and productivity initiatives.

Consolidate and interpret metrics for your team to drive insight into your market and sales motion.

Meet or exceed KPI's for conversion, opportunities, pipeline, revenue and service level agreements.

Lead the program with the vendor by periodically meeting with their leadership, including site leads, team leads, trainers and quality.

Skill/Experience/Education

MandatoryBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

3+ years of experience in sales and market/business development.

Experience working in Sales Development, Sales, Sales operations roles

Desired Experience in working with vendors.

CRM experience with Salesforce.

Experience managing complex, cross functional projects.

Ability to think strategically and focus on quantitative impact.

Excellent Project Management skills
