Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our national multidisciplinary architectural and engineering firm. This individual will provide project support in our Austin office. This position is fast-paced and deadline-driven. The ideal individual should be a highly organized, self-directed, problem-solver with the ability to multitask, work well under pressure while maintaining strong attention to detail. The individual will also support the Project Coordinator Team directly and maintain office wide initiatives in support of Project Management continuity.

Assist Project Managers and design team with organizing project tools, coordinating specifications and packages, document control, and staff planning and coordinating across offices;

Draft consultant contracts and track progress through execution;

Track Project Contract Values, Add Services, and interoffice agreements;

Transmit drawings, documents, or other correspondence to clients, consultants, reprographics; through Bluebeam and/or Newforma;

Verify proper document delivery;

Organize and track tasks between disciplines;

Produce Project Reports;

Download incoming information for Project Managers as requested;

Maintain studio calendars set-up project tools and structures;

Schedule, set up, and/or arrange travel for Project Meetings;

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Architectural / Engineering experience is a plus

Organized, responsible, and results oriented

Must be able to meet badging requirements for client sites, including passing a background check.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft office - including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Microsoft Project.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of InDesign, Bluebeam, and Newforma
