About Client:

The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.

Rate Range: $65-$70/Hr

Job Description:

Drive timelines and aim for on-time delivery with successful completion of all in scope project work.

Effectively manage scope creep

Own / host kickoff meetings, recurring touch points during the project, etc.

Set meeting agenda and provide appropriate follow-up communications!

Be initial point of project escalation and understanding when to escalate up as needed.

Align and track project resources and tasks.

Effectively partner with the Solutions Architect and Development team.

Collaborate with the other team members from delivery team.

10+ years of technical project experience in communication projects

Good knowledge on Agile project management methodology

2+ years' experience in devops or JIRA

Experience in Networking and Communications protocols (SFTP)

Nice to have cloud Networking, HTML/CSS/JavaScript

Exposure to CPaas, SIP, VoIP, WebRTC, Twilio, Azure Communications services, telephony, Audio codes, Video codes, OPUS, RTC, Real time communications

Excellent work ethic with willingness to learn from team members.

Strong attention to detail

Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results.

Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present a polished, professional, and diplomatic image to all stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or any related field.

Leverage Agile Development best practices in project activities
