The Sales Activation team within Visa's Value-Added Services (VAS) unit creates, delivers, and champions initiatives that directly and significantly impact sales performance and scorecard goals. The function combines the competencies of sales strategy, program delivery, performance management, program management, enablement, and propensity relevance to drive business results. The Senior Manager of Sales Activation is responsible for developing compelling and relevant content ensuring our vast populations of sellers have access to the most impactful materials to help them sell more effectively and efficiently.

The Senior Manager of Sales Activation reports to the Senior Director of Sales Activation and will drive a growth agenda inclusive of ideation, development, delivery, ongoing program management and reporting. This leader will own the end-to-end content development strategy and will manage all the tools, processes and methodologies to ensure consistent delivery and client satisfaction with our global sales teams.

The ideal candidate will bring a fresh perspective on how to enable our vast population of global sellers with the customized content they require to sell our solutions and differentiate Visa in our global markets. With a strong bias for action, our candidate will be a highly effective program leader, excellent communicator, and have well established relationships with sales, enablement, marketing, and product teams. The incumbent must be able to develop enduring relationships with internal stakeholders across the global and regional teams.

Success in this position will result in the wholesale enablement of our teams with access to world class materials. Our sales teams will be bursting with gratitude as this individual will drastically decrease their non-selling time and make it unanimously easier to sell our solutions! Our team is seeking an individual who actively embodies Visa's leadership principles in being an empathetic leader, acting decisively, obsessing about clients, and leading by example.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
