Territory Sales Representative
Fort Worth area, TX
Direct Hire
$65k- $75k year plus commission, car allowance and mileage reimbursement
Looking for Territory Sales Representative to focus on prospecting, business development, cold-calling and building long-term partnerships with referral sources. Will be responsible for building strong relationships with all staff at hospitals, physician offices, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation facilities, and Social Services. Maintain and grow the profitability of assigned accounts and resolve customer service issues in accounts. Plan and implement weekly sales activities and account sales strategies while maximizing revenue potential in key accounts. Make minimum monthly sales calls and meet new business quotas. Demonstrate products and services in key accounts and trade shows. Present contracts in targeted accounts using corporate pricing strategies.
Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record of sales achievement
  • Bachelor's Degree nice to have but NOT required
  • Proven track record of developing new accounts
  • Must have solid outside sales experience and an understanding of how to manage a territory
  • Strong work ethic and coachable attitude
  • Ability to sell a service, promote a product line and provide superior customer service
  • Ability to navigate within a CRM tool and proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and iOS devices
