As a Project Executive, you will plan and manage the construction for a wide range of projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure projects are completed in a timely and profitable manner. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.

Description

  • Effective relationship management with all stakeholders: Owner, Design Teams, & Subcontractors

  • Design Phase Execution
  • Review the performance of all Construction Operations employees working in a specific Market Sector and collaborate with, Director of Operations, and General Manager regarding staffing, developmental needs, position evaluations, and compensation.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry, specifically in commercial, healthcare, and hospital sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully overseeing large, complex construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional leadership and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal construction and health and safety regulations.
