Job description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Locums Hospitalist Medicine Physician to join our team at a Level 2 Trauma Center in Conroe, TX. This position involves providing comprehensive inpatient care, including rounding, admissions, and ICU consultations. The successful candidate will manage a daily census of 150-160 patients, with an individual rounding responsibility of 18-20 patients per day. You will handle 3-4 daily admissions, ensuring thorough assessment and treatment planning for new patients. Additionally, you will perform ICU consultations in an open ICU setting, collaborating with the critical care team to manage complex cases. Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM).
• At least 2 years of experience in a hospitalist role, demonstrating proficiency in inpatient care and critical thinking skills.
