As an Invoicing Specialist on the Supply Chain team, you will make a positive impact by:

Managing and overseeing customer invoice creation and submission, ensuring all deliveries have been accurately accounted for.

Facilitating regular reconciliation of internal SAP system to external client portal, correcting any misalignments swiftly and accurately.

Placing POs within the SAP system and completing line item receipts as approved.

Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to open orders and invoicing.

Creating and managing sales orders within SAP.

Preparing regular reports on order status, invoicing accuracy and PO completion status for management, as well as customer review.
