Must have experience in hand therapy and looking to sit for CHT if not already certified.

Clinic Location:

5440 Everhart Rd. Ste. Corpus Christi, Tx. 78411

Pay Range DOE: $74,000-$84,000

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes comprehensive information from formal and informal assessment that is pertinent to the patient's care and management to determine a rehabilitation treatment diagnosis.
• Performs diagnostic exam to evaluate/assess patient needs of the Upper extremities
• Creates treatment plans in accordance with instructions and consent of referring physician
• Evaluates patient treatment programs in coordination with the medical staff
• Performs written re-evaluations in preparation for patients return for follow-up Physician appointments
• Provides services that help improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients
• Fabricates custom-made orthotics, and communicates with physician to ensure the patient receives the correct orthotics

Qualifications:

• Licensed in Texas as Occupational Therapist
• Certified Hand Therapist CHT or anticipate sitting for exam within 2 yrs
