Job Description:
To supervise the day-to-day operation of the stewarding department for a given shift, ensuring control and distribution of operating equipment, maintenance of cleaning and sanitation standards, supervision of all utility, pot washer, dishwasher, and worker assignment tasks

Responsibilities:
Coordinating and supervising efficient work procedures and schedules

Delivering clean cookware and tableware to our various outlets and meeting rooms

Cleaning all cookware and tableware to meet Omni's high sanitation standards

Assisting in the resolution of various associate issues

Efficiently coordinating service by organizing supplies in the appropriate location

Ensuring and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards by ensuring furniture and floors are clean and arranged according to restaurant specifications.

Qualifications:
Previous hospitality stewarding experience preferred.

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service with a can-do attitude

Ability to multi-task, including pushing and pulling objects and carts of varying weights without assistance

Ability to remain active in a fast paced environment, including standing for 8+ hour per day

Flexible scheduling to include nights, weekends, and holidays

Experience in similar supervisory roles is preferred, minimum 1 year.

Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk, push, pull, stoop, bend and lift items of moderate to heavy weight.

Must have Food Handlers certification
