Advanced Analytics Manager is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
Serves as a trusted advisor to EDA leaders and client stakeholders to help advance, implement, and achieve analytic department objectives and desired outcomes, providing practical and relevant ideas and insights.
Manages and trains a team of analytics staff.
Responsible for ensuring staff appropriately defines, documents, develops, and delivers their work in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot issues and reports on trends that warrant attention.
Manages and documents domain portfolios with analytic leadership and service line owner, meeting standards and expectations provided by analytic leadership.
Responsible for organization, prioritization, and management of healthcare domain deliverables utilizing agile methodologies to manage and maintain tracking of projects.
Responsible for developing and executing project plans that are large in scale on time, within scope, and on budget.
Drive processes and analysis toward self-service utilization of analytic products.
Collaborates with business, technology, and functional healthcare team members to ensure that analytic requirements are clearly defined, communicated, and understood as part of operational prioritization and planning.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
Experience in a healthcare organization presenting to all levels of management is preferred.
Strong communication, strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Experience in project management.
Experience in Agile methodologies.
MS Office Suite Proficient Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook.
Bachelors or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
Proficient in Microsoft Power BI.
Pay Rate Range: $73.00- $ 87.00per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
