USAP is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst with expert knowledge of Power BI. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in transforming data into actionable insights and has a background in healthcare.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities:

Designs, develops, and maintains advanced Power BI dashboards and reports.

Crafts and optimizes Power BI data models and DAX queries.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance BI infrastructure.

Ensures data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analytics.

Mentor team members in best practices of Power BI solutions.

Maintain documentation for BI processes and analytics.

Qualifications

:

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSAs):

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree is preferred.

Proven experience (3+ years) as a BI Analyst with advanced expertise in Power BI.

Ability to manage the full lifecycle of BI projects from development to administration.

Strong knowledge connecting to data warehouses and other data sources.

Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with SSRS and SSIS.

Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.

Excellent analytical and data visualization skills.

Exceptional communication skills.
