Overview:
Trissential is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients while also identifying new business opportunities. You'll focus on driving revenue growth within your accounts and exploring additional opportunities across new markets. As part of a dynamic sales team, you'll work to deliver value to our clients through strategic account management and tailored service offerings. While this position is remote, it does require local and national travel up to 50%. This is a great opportunity for professionals early in their sales career who are passionate about client relationships and business development. Please note, this role is open only to candidates authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities:
Manage assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth by identifying opportunities for expanding services

Develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts to drive revenue

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet growth objectives

Foster long-term, positive relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

Work alongside senior sales team members to capitalize on opportunities and implement growth strategies

Use Salesforce to track account performance, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed revenue targets

Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and identify ways to enhance client outcomes

Qualifications:
2-4 years in account management, sales support, or client-facing roles

Demonstrated success in executing sales strategies focused on client growth

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and nurture client relationships

Essential skills:
Ability to identify challenges and deliver creative, value-driven solutions

Experience in identifying new business opportunities to support sales goals

Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong ability to work cross-functionally, ensuring positive outcomes for clients

Desired skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms

Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required

Benefits:
Trissential offers a competitive compensation package for full time roles. The pay range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 annually, plus commission, depending on candidate's qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; 3 weeks PTO, and 401k retirement savings. Travel is required for this role.
