Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metro Area

Travel Required: Minimal

Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Position Overview:

Our client, a rapidly expanding PE-backed company, is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee their financial operations. The Controller will play a key role in managing accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and driving continuous improvement in financial processes. This is a great opportunity for a finance leader looking to contribute to a high-growth environment while enjoying a flexible hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal controls.

Oversee the month-end close process, financial statement preparation, and reconciliation of accounts.

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with executive leadership and private equity stakeholders to align financial goals with business objectives.

Support financial audits and provide insights for continuous process improvements.

Lead and mentor the accounting team, promoting a culture of high performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.

Proven experience as a Controller or senior financial executive, ideally in a PE-backed or high-growth company.

Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.

Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary ranging from $150,000 to $165,000 per year, depending on experience.
