About the Role

The Manager of Professional Development & Training will serve as a key strategic leader responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing innovative professional development and training programs. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization by elevating the skills and competencies of our team, particularly focusing on the development of emerging talent. This role will also be instrumental in enhancing CR3's organizational culture, aligning it with our values, and ensuring that our team members have leadership development and continuous learning opportunities that enable them to reach their highest career potential.

Responsibilities:
Create and execute a comprehensive professional development and training strategy that aligns with CR3's business goals and objectives.

Collaborate with Partners to assess training needs and identify performance gaps to provide relevant trainings that help improve the delivery capabilities of individuals.

Develop and implement innovative training programs tailored to various levels within the organization that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, growth, and retention.

Implement initiatives that support talent development, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership pipelines.

Regularly assess the impact of professional development initiatives on individual and organizational performance, as well as continuously refine and improve programs based on feedback and data-driven insights.

Manage the planning and execution of the Professional Development Review (PDR) events twice a year, as well as facilitating monthly online trainings.

Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, helping them to navigate their career development and achieve their professional goals.

Foster a culture of continuous feedback, positivity, integrity, and high-performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources or a related field.

Minimum 5 years' professional experience with prior consulting experience preferred to ensure a deep understanding of a professional's needs and skills in their role.

Proven experience designing and implementing successful training programs that drive employee engagement and professional development.

Strong understanding of talent management best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to gain trust, collaborate with all levels of the organization, and maintain absolute confidentiality.

Proven ability to influence multiple stakeholders to adopt a new point of view and be simultaneously flexible with adjusting own perspective considering new information or constraints.

Comfortable in resolving conflict, delivering difficult messages, and addressing all people-related issues.

Reputation as someone with high integrity, a positive attitude, a team-player, and a creative problem solver.

The annual base salary range is $120,000-$130,000 commensurate with experience. CR3 offers an additional bonus opportunity for this role.
