Key Responsibiliti

es:Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator will join a small team of marketing professionals to assist with design marketing, digital marketing, branding, and internal communicatio
ns.Supports the Marketing Director in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling forecasts, updating calendars and organizing and planning promotional presentatio
ns.Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, content marketing, etc.) for all company vertica
ls.Manage the day-to-day aspect of email marketing initiatives, including the creation of emails, list management, scheduling, segmentation, A/B testing, and reporti
ng.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materia
ls.Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materia
ls.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other data sourc
es.Support the planning and execution of even
ts.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportuniti
es.Maintain and update the marketing calendar, ensuring all deadlines are m
et.Assist in the management of the companys website, including updating content and coordinating with the web development te

Qualificati

ons:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fi
eld.1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry (architecture, engineering, construction, development, and/or real esta
te).Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and email market
ing.Possess strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling and creative content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagem
ent.Ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, content creation, and promotional activities that align with brand identity and objecti
ves.Graphic knowledge in layouts, typography, and marketing design langu
age.Proficient in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, MailChimp, Canva, Microsoft Office,
etc.Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a p
lus.The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who is technologically savvy, able to transform ambiguous ideas into defined strategies and content, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and prioritize ta
sks.Able to work well with various types of personalities and work sty
