A career in our Oracle Program Management Office (PMO) team, within our Oracle consulting practice, will provide you with the opportunity to work on client programs that help them plan, manage delivery, and design overall solution architecture of our large, complex Oracle enabled business transformation programs. These programs span multiple business functions and focus on end-to-end value chain transformation.
Our team is comprised of resources with deep business acumen across multiple business functions and relevant Oracle functional experience across CX, ERP, HCM, SCM and EPM technology stacks.

A Program Manager is responsible for managing a program, which consists of multiple related projects or initiatives. They oversee the coordination and integration of these projects to achieve the program's strategic objectives. Program Managers are responsible for program governance, stakeholder management, resource allocation, risk management, and assessing that the program delivers the desired outcomes and benefits.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:
Driving the creation of an integrated project plan with support from workstream leads;
Defining Program Governance & Meeting Cadence;
Providing input to Program Charter;
Identifying and managing Program Stakeholders;
Oversight of progress against the project plan;
Removing any blockers that are impacting delivery;
Identifying and mitigating risk and issues;
Preparing and conducting program level status meetings and planning sessions;
Driving PwC contract and internal OFRO, Salesforce, AFS, and EAF activities;
Identifying suitably skilled resources to fill resource demands;
Providing input to program deliverables as needed;
Supporting PwC In Flight Reviews (IFR), QA Reports;
Attending SteerCo and ad-hoc planning sessions;
Managing the engagement delivery against the project plan;
Owning delivery of PMO Deliverables for the program; and,
Establishing change control processes and manage change requests with client stakeholders.

The salary range for this position is: $148,000 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
