Job Title: Production Manager

Work Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: Full Time

Education/Experience Required: This role requires a minimum of 7 years of field experience and direct leadership experience.

Job Description:

The production manager is responsible for the entire production process related to construction job leadership seeing that all jobs are completed on time, on budget and with a high level of quality. The Production Manager will represent the company for all production related items.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities: The Production Manager will lead field productivity and leadership overseeing a group of field production leaders

Tasked with growing the leadership team to the next level.

Will build the strategic footprint of the Production group including growth timelines, productivity, and report overall vision for the team.

Train all leaders on company rules, policies and agreements and ensures compliance within each team

Ability to lead and communicate at a high level to hold all leaders accountable to client standards and outline for continued growth.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of construction field operations experience and direct leadership experience.

Experience running multiple projects (4+) at a time with combined project values exceeding $45mil.

Prior experience in the commercial HVAC/plumbing industry is a must.

Any multifamily space experience is strongly preferred
