ARCO/Murray National Dallas is currently looking for a detail-oriented, self-sufficient Project Coordinator to join our new team. This role will provide high-level support to the project team by coordinating the timely issuance, distribution, and response of information, invoices and correspondence, and complete other tasks as assigned.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Prepare contractual documents for signature as directed by Projects Managers and ensure compliance (Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, AGC Agreements, Professional Service Agreements, and transmittals)

Maintain various logs for Project Team including job list for each region, subcontract tracking list, and coordinating vacation lists

Typing and preparing various items such as letters, meeting minutes, weekly updates, memos, proposals, outline specifications, and expense reports

Assist Project Managers with the creation of Proposals by compiling letters, outlining specifications, meeting the work/design schedule, and assembling proposal books in a timely manner

Point person for marketing packages. This includes compiling proposal covers, tabs, company information, and marketing materials for potential clients.

Preparation for meetings and trainings that includes coordinating with various offices, obtaining materials, and scheduling lunches

Coordinate and book travel for Project Team as needed

Communicate with vendors and customers alongside the Project Team

Assist with the set up and maintenance of projects in applicable management software.

Monitors and responds to the need of office administrative tasks

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
3-10 years of related experience, construction administration experience considered a plus

Bachelor's degree preferred

Excellent computer skills, must be proficient in Microsoft Suite

Receptive to learning additional technical skills and integrating new software into day-to-day responsibilities

Must be extremely organized, self-reliant, proactive, and detail oriented
