The US Oncology Network is looking for a Remote Compliance Analyst to join our team at Texas Oncology. This full-time position will support all TxO Locations.

What does the Compliance Analyst do?
Under the direction of the Senior Compliance Manager, the Compliance Analyst will perform day-to-day activities and projects related to department goals and objectives for operations of the Compliance and Privacy programs. This individual maintains a high level of confidentiality with compliance and privacy matters and has appropriate discretion with sensitive information. As an Analyst, this person will handle sensitive information, adhere to corporate and agency deadlines, maintain accurate regulatory reporting, and ensure the accuracy of housed documents for programmatic integrity and auditing purposes.

The essential duties and responsibilities:
Coordinate, triage, and process concerns received by Texas Oncology's Compliance Hotline
Conduct investigations into allegations of violations of Texas Oncology's Code of Conduct
Conduct investigations of allegations of improper governmental activities, including but not limited to fraud, retaliation, abusive conduct, and other policy violations
Identify and analyze allegations, make assessments and draft reports
Maintain files associated with investigations and documentation in Texas Oncology's GRC solution
Assist Manager with data analytics and reporting of complaint data
Promote understanding and awareness of the Texas Oncology Compliance Program
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have the following background and experience:
Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
Minimum three (3) years of related experience
Minimum three (3) years experience working in the ethics and compliance profession
Advanced knowledge of ethics and compliance profession, theories and systems of internal control, and professional compliance and investigations standards
Experience issue spotting, analyzing information, identifying issues or concerns in fact patterns
Experience applying laws and policy standards in investigation or fact-finding processes
Ability to define problems, collect data, ascertain facts, and draw valid conclusions based on evidence;
Ability to extract, verify, compile and develop recommendations related to ethics and compliance programs, issues, policies and procedures
Excellent analytical and writing skills resulting in accurate and useful reports and/or summaries
Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner both in writing and verbally for presentation to or review by leadership
Ability to interview and elicit cooperation and confidence of interviewees to obtain relevant information, interpret responses, and determine relevant facts
Excellent interpersonal (i.e. verbal and written communications) and problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups, including all levels of Texas Oncology personnel
Demonstrated experience in critical decision making and reasoning ability
Demonstrated ability to handle extremely difficult, sensitive and/or volatile situations/individuals effectively
Strong project management skills including planning, overseeing progress to ensure timely completion, and communicating progress with stakeholders
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite
3+ years of experience with direct responsibility conducting workplace investigations preferred
Professional certification(s) applicable to job responsibilities, including, but not limited to CHC preferred
Knowledge/Experience operating or being an administrator of an information database preferred
Demonstrated experience with complaint triage, coordination, and assessment preferred
