Position Overview:

As a Personal Lines Insurance Producer, you will be a key player in our client-focused team, responsible for acquiring new business and nurturing existing relationships. Your role will involve understanding clients' insurance needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:



  1. Prospecting and Client Acquisition:


    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other lead generation methods.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through effective outreach and relationship-building.
  2. Insurance Consultation:


    • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' personal lines insurance needs.
    • Provide expert advice on coverage options, explaining policies in a clear and understandable manner.
  3. Sales Presentations:


    • Deliver engaging and informative presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our insurance products and services.
  4. Relationship Management:


    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and acting as a trusted advisor for their insurance needs.
  5. Policy Administration:


    • Work closely with underwriters to facilitate accurate policy issuance, manage renewals, and address client inquiries promptly.
  6. Market Awareness:


    • Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and advancements in personal lines insurance to enhance client interactions and adjust sales strategies.


Qualifications:


  • Current Property and Casualty License
  • Proven experience as a Personal Lines Insurance Producer or in a similar insurance sales role.
  • In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverage options.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with insurance regulations and industry best practices.
