Job Title: Sr Sourcing Manager

Location: US- Remote

Duration: 12 months

About Job:

Working as a Senior Sourcing Manager, you will support the assigned business unit to manage, negotiate, monitor and source supplier contracts.

You will be responsible for competitively sourcing client needs, negotiating and managing supplier contracts and serving as a creative internal consultant to find ways to meet the business needs.

As a member of the Strategic Sourcing Team, you will collaborate with your partners in the business unit to consistently strive to link the pieces of the big picture together across functions to help our business thrive.

1. Contracting detailed understanding contracting requirements

2. Sourcing ability to identify and select suppliers based on defined business needs

3. Negotiating working with suppliers and business stakeholders to obtain best overall terms for client

4. Savings demonstrated ability to identify and delivery on initiatives that drive value for the company

5. Stakeholder and supplier relationship management establish and nurture relationships with assigned stakeholder groups and supplier at all levels including executive

Very Nice to Have:

Experience with Oracle Sourced Pay (Oracle Procurement)

PowerBI

If they have experience in Software Sourcing as well from Contracting or Procurement, that would be very helpful.

Responsibilities:

" Execute and manage RFx process, master agreements and SOWs for assigned stakeholder groups

" Working with internal stakeholders and/or suppliers, identify and implement cost saving, business value and/or revenue acceleration projects

" Manage key strategic supplier relationships with a focus on driving win/win outcomes

" Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships as an extension of their teams,

" Analyze category market conditions, competitive landscape, stakeholder requirements, pricing trends and benchmarks to support the creation of best-in-class sourcing solutions

"Create and manage the execution of a category strategy focused on creating value for client, our suppliers and our customers

" Administer contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, provide interpretation and analysis of contract documents and review and evaluate requests for changes in or revisions of contracts and/or corrective action

" Participate in the development of goals and budgets for area of responsibility

" Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors and exercise judgment in creating solutions

" Serve as an internal consultant to the Sourcing and stakeholder organizations on the development of new processes and implementation of new procure-to-pay platform

Desired Qualifications:

" Bachelors degree in Business Administration

" Graduate degree (MBA, Paralegal cert.) preferred or C.P.S.M.

" Understanding of complex contractual terms and conditions

" Experiencing in supporting Marketing, field services or contact center stakeholders

" Business, cost management and quality experience

" Structured, process-orientated approach
