"IAM Project Manager OnsiteKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for crisis management, process management, SLA adherence, service improvement, value adds etc. specific to his/her business unit responsible for ensuring stability.- Should be able to drive the run arena sys admin, storage and backup service towers.- Technical background preferred should be comfortable and must know at least one OS flavor (UNIX , Windows), VMWARE, Storage and backup background would be an added advantage.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills mandatory Interaction is required at senior business level and internal delivery teams.- Excellent confidence level and good attitude mandatory - Interaction is required at senior business level and internally delivery teams.- Should be customer facing and have a friendly personality.- KRA - Zero Escalation, Zero Surprise and Negotiator with the Customer- Preferred ITIL and Six Sigma background.- Must have project management skills- Five years of previous project management (due diligence, transition, delivery, etc) experience. - Proficient with Project Management Tools including MS Project, and MS Office Suite. - Solid knowledge of and demonstrated experience in project/ management processes and methodologies. - Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in the project lifecycle- Crisp communication and presentation skills. - Well-developed negotiation and relationship skills. - Ability to build consensus. - Detail and big picture orientation. - Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel- Strong interpersonal skills. - Strong understanding of IAM Technology Landscape and how to deploy new tool in environment.- Leadership experience for Governance, Dashboard based reporting and experience of:- Solutions Good understanding of IAM tools (SailPoint, Azure Ad, Duo) and their architecture- Delivery excellence Automation, Continuous improvement, Value add initiatives and internal compliances, Contractual obligations, SLA parameters, etc.- Customer Management Establish relationship at multiple levels in customer organization- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Certification preferred. - Transformation / Deployment of SailPoint for medium to large scale customers across various industry verticals- Knowledge of IAM concepts like JML, RBAC, Life Cycle Management, etc.- Responsible for Functional testing of the solution; transformation / deployment Testing, assessment of environment, and consulting as per the requirement. - Play active role in the execution of the project and demonstrate strong technical leadership - Understanding the business requirements and translating them into use cases- Interacts with stakeholders and application owners for RCA and understanding current pain areas- Manage end-to-end transformation project related to IAM tools in the customer environment- Coordinate with customer for any requirements and dependencies - Review all project deliverables before they are submitted to customer- Provide guidance to the project team; Provide regular progress reports and participate in management reviews- Organize project progress meetings as per the required frequency- Excellent aptitude for delivering high quality documentation and prepare test reports.- Configure required workflows & policies within IAM environment.- Prepare documentation for operations, update SOPs and handbooks on a regular basis.- 8+ years of strong transformation and deployment of IAM tools (SailPoint) and support experience- Strong oral, written communications skills- Demonstrate strong technical skills - Demonstrate strong problem troubleshooting skills - Able to work under pressure in case of a critical incident" (1.)
