Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional with expertise in supply chain distribution to join our team. This role requires a combination of technical skills and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

Skills or Special Abilities

Must be able to read and write.

Knowledge of inventory control procedures.

Ability to understand and utilize the inventory, distribution, and receiving capabilities of an ERP platform.

Must be able to successfully pass a Basic Math test, as established by Talent Acquisition, with a minimum score of 80%.

Must be able to successfully pass a Basic Spelling test, as established by Talent Acquisition, with a minimum score of 80%.

Proficiency in basic computer skills.

Able to operate handling equipment including hand-trucks, pickers, pallet jacks, and other powered warehouse equipment.

Ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, family members, and co-workers in a manner consistent with a customer service focus and application of positive language principles.

Responsibilities

Accept and validate incoming orders; compare information on the packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment and report discrepancies for resolution; document and resolve discrepancies and variances to replenish the inventory PAR levels.

Perform all replenishment and distribution processes within the SAP System with accuracy and attention to detail in an efficient and timely manner. Process and resolve all necessary actions to address issues/returns.

Submission Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management - preferably in the Healthcare Industry.

High school diploma or GED.

Must be able to perform daily inspections of supply locations ensuring proper product rotation/performance of cycle counts.

About the Facility

Work Week: Wednesday - Tuesday

OT, Vacation, CB multipliers: 1.5x

On call: /hr

Charge: n/a

NBO: all hours billed. Subject to change

Cancellation Policy: 3x per 13 week contract. Subject to change
