Position Overview:
The Senior Campus Director is responsible for executing strategy and overseeing education, facilities, operations, and community relations. The individual in this role will set high educational and operational excellence standards and inspire others through clarity of purpose, optimum team performance, technology, equipment, and facilities.

FULL-TIME ON-SITE POSITION
MUST RESIDE LOCAL TO DENTON, TEXAS CAMPUS
UP TO 25% TRAVEL REQUIRED W/ THIS ROLE

In this position you will have the opportunity to
Lead education and operational teams, attract and develop talent and manage change in collaboration with campus leaders, ensuring strategic alignment and consistency between campuses.

Direct education leadership and critical roles to ensure educational evaluations of Instructors are performed regularly and consistent with standards.

Own high-quality educational delivery by ensuring key methods, models, and policies are utilized.

Owns campus operations by ensuring the operations and facilities teams act as service providers to our educational objectives and commit to producing First Choice students.

Manage campus safety, making certain requirements and practices are met and consistently evaluated, ensuring the safety of all students, staff, and visitors.

Implement and monitor all campus related KPI's, including enrollment, student and staff satisfaction, compliance, and other indicators for strategic alignment with both Corporate and Campus goals and initiatives.

Cultivate a strong network by building relationships with other departments, employers of our students, our parent company, Quanta Services, and other key partners.

Work directly with key leaders in the execution of strategies that influence business, financial, and educational decisions.

Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field - or ability and willingness to obtain.

Minimum of ten (10) years management experience.

Technical Requirements/ Core Competencies:
Ability to develop and implement long-term goals and strategies.

Strong leadership and communication skills with demonstrated ability to manage and develop large, multi-functional teams.

Fiscal responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, capital expenditures, and resource allocation.

Planning, executing, and overseeing projects and strategic initiative.

Advanced knowledge of the trades, or willingness and ability to learn on the job through proactive outreach, networking, and collaboration.

Salary:
$138,000 - $160,000+ annual salary, DOE
