Job description

"Award Pending" Titan Technologies, LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced Help Desk Manager to oversee the customer service desk operations for one of the Federal Government Agencies. As a member of our team, you will help to assist this highly visible contract in the delivery of a full spectrum of Information Technology (IT) services to operate and maintain information flow and communications. Roles & Responsibilities: Oversee the customer service desk operations, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of all incidents and service requests.
Manage a team of Tier 1 and Tier 2 support staff, monitor service desk metrics, and implement improvements to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with customer leadership to define and maintain service desk SOPs, escalation procedures, and incident response protocols.
Minimum Qualifications 6+ years of experience managing a help desk in a federal environment, including classified networks.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing remote and on-site teams.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Desired Qualifications ITIL 4 certification.
Experience with customer or similar federal agency service desk environments, including security and compliance requirements.
Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI required but will consider a Secret clearance and will upgrade to Top Secret with SCI access.
