Job Description:

Responsible for providing support to Clinical/Financial Systems. Participates in the evaluation, development and implementation of new systems. Serves as an inter-departmental liaison to ensure effective and efficient utilization of systems.

Required Skills:

1. Knowledge of user relations, project planning, and communication techniques.


2. Knowledge and ability to apply systems development lifecycle in planning, managing, and implementing multiple projects.


3. Knowledge of programming functions.


4. Knowledge of client/server technology, LAN communications, hardware, software, and operating systems.


5. Knowledge of business and system analysis.


6. Knowledge of RFPs and evaluating technology.


7. Knowledge of specifications and requirements writing for budgetary analysis.


8. Ability to translate user requirements into applicable support systems and processes that exceeds end-user's expectations.


9. Ability to apply written and oral communication skills.


10. Ability to apply documentation and design functions.


11. Ability to utilize creative problem solving and analytical skills.


12. Ability to be self-motivated, analytical, good troubleshooter and goal oriented.

Required Experience:

Work Experience:

One year of work related experience in systems analysis supporting different types of applications, preferably in a healthcare environment.

License/Registration/Certification:

None

Education and Training:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field preferred.
