About the role:
The Digital Technology Services Analyst II is responsible for supporting and enhancing Digital & Marketing technology service performance, assets, vendor oversight and due diligence and cost optimization of Digital & Marketing technology spend. This role involves conducting vendor analysis, optimizing vendor relationships to ensure the best value and performance for the Digital & Marketing organization. This role will have a part of implementing strategies to enhance vendor efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves identifying cost-saving opportunities of digital platforms and participating in the cost optimization strategies, and collaborating with various departments to coordinate implement these strategies. The analyst will also monitor and report on cost optimization initiatives to ensure they align with the company's financial goals. In this role, you will:
Analyze Digital & Marketing technology costs and identify areas for cost optimization and make recommendations for improvements or replacements
Develop and maintain an inventory of all Digital & Marketing technology assets
Monitor compliance with service level agreements to ensure performance and quality metrics are met
Conduct regular audits of Digital & Marketing technology assets and vendor performance
Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations
Collaborate with vendors to establish service quality mitigation strategies
Participate in platform resiliency review of Digital & Marketing technologies
Handle vendor-related disputes and escalate issues as necessary
Conduct regular audits of technology expenses to ensure compliance to entitlements and agreements
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for technology vendors
Coordinate with procurement, finance, and operations departments to ensure smooth collaboration with vendors
Research any issues and/or problems with vendors and escalate as needed and follow through resolution
Work with internal customers to execute Digital & Marketing service initiatives
Ensure Digital & Marketing vendors and consultants are compliant with company policies and processes
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement Digital and Marketing technology service strategies

Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
2-4 years experience in digital technology services, technical vendor management, asset management, or a related field required
