A few details about the role:

Act as the primary liaison between IT and the communities

Serve as the community advocate for technology needs in the department

Coordinate with key vendors and IT engineering to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues and push for resolution.

Assist in a timely root cause analysis process for outages including follow-up communication to affected team members and/or residents.

Coordinate/schedule support vendor site visits when they perform critical services and manage vendor relationships for essential technology in the communities.

Build a growing understanding of the technical infrastructure at all communities (not just the ones they support) including core applications, network connectivity, Wi-Fi capabilities and team member service issues.

Assist with local project efforts associated with community technical improvement as well as be a contributor in executing project deliverables for enterprise-wide IT initiatives.

And here's what you need to apply:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred, or commensurate experience in lieu of degree

Three to five years' experience in a similar role

Professional certifications preferred (e.g., mid-level Microsoft, CompTIA, or similar)
