We're hiring: Experienced Layout Technician

Responsibilities:
Typical Responsibilities:

Review contract documents from GCs, owners and vendors.

Gather information from contract documents pertinent to electrical installation,

Determine circuitry grouping, conductor size, conduit size, conduit routing, etc. for an efficient electrical installation.

Digitally draw equipment, conduits, and boxes in an accurate representation of the installation.

Detail, tag and label layout drawings to a level that installation cannot be misunderstood.

Communicate with VDC Coordinators and construction teams about the nature of the installation.

Working in Bluebeam software, knowledge of Bluebeam is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications:

5+ years of field experience in electrical installation.

Journeyman Electrical License.

Working knowledge of NEC

Computer Skills, including Bluebeam and Excel are a plus.

Ability to work in a team environment and able to effectively collaborate.

Maintain project coordination schedules and provide updates to internal teams.

Must be eligible to legally work in the United States.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
