What you'll need to succeed as a Manager, Order to Cash (Corrections) at XPO

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 5 years experience with perferred experience working in LTL, freight transportation, logistics or supply chain environment
Preferred qualifications:
  • 3 years of previous manager experience
  • Highly organized and proven ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Proven ability to communicate, written and verbal, with all levels of management
  • Proven ability to interact with internal and external customers
  • Extensive knowledge and use of mainframe, web, and Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to evaluate business processes and implement change
  • Ability to read and interpret contracts
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate responsibilities to meet commitments
  • Experience with technology implementation and UAT
  • Ability to travel (10%)

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Drive performance metrics, such as out of period adjustments and reduction in repetitive corrections
  • Analyze data and summarize findings and make recommendations to leadership
  • Data analysis and reporting to ensure service level agreement commitments are achieved
  • Partner with IT on system enhancements and new technology
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Level of discretionary decision making in area of responsibility
  • Creates documentation of processes and procedures to create standardization
  • Use KPI's to effectively manage the team's performance
  • Understands the risk of decisions that may impact other teams
  • Requires independent decision-making using knowledge of cross-functional operations
  • This role manages system access roles and will need to ensure proper roles are assigned and review monthly for accuracy through a SOX audit check off
