Job Number 676891BR Description:We are Lockheed Martin Program Management Sr Mgr, F-35 Program Production - Level 6 The successful candidate will be the production program manager, strategy and capture team lead. What You Will Be Doing This individual will be responsible for leading the F-35 Production Program Management team through the proposal and long lead funding process for Lots 20 and beyond. This position will collaborate with Contracts, Estimating, Supply Chain Management, Production Operations, Business Management, Customer Programs and other key stakeholders to ensure all production requirements are successfully and accurately defined, and estimated and long lead parts are placed on order in time to support the aircraft build. Candidate will also be responsible for metrics, executive summaries and details on the estimates, schedule, and technical solutions throughout the program lifecycle and for other key production program strategic initiatives. This individual will drive execution, identify and resolve performance issues, and ensure the completion of the requirements on schedule. Additionally, in this position the successful candidate will be the program manager responsible for leading efforts including proposal scope definition and technical planning, development and status of metrics, and the preparation and execution of key program reviews such as Independent Non-Advocate Reviews (INARs). Basic Qualifications:
Experience leading dynamic teams using Full Spectrum Leadership competencies Program/Project Management Experience Earned Value Management Experience as a CAM or Program Manager Experience communicating with executives and customers
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of aircraft production processes or delivery of sustainment products / services. Knowledge of requirements management and systems engineering. Demonstrated ability to drive issues to resolution, which may involve direct interaction with Senior leadership within LM and the customer organizations. Knowledge of the contracting life-cycle processes from proposal (RFP, BOEs, negotiation) through delivery and DD250 (MVRs, IPODDs, QAR dispositions, Contract Modifications, DQIM) helpful. Knowledge of SAP and PDM. Strong communication skills, with a willingness to engage with technical and non-technical subject matter experts in a variety of organizations.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
