Job Number 675988BR Description:We are looking for a talented and motivated Project Engineer with leadership experience to join our Mission Software team within the F-16 Airborne Software organization. You will support the Agile Release Train (ART), collaborate with a diverse and talented group of individuals, act as ART liaison to multiple programs and contribute to successful execution of Program Increment (PI) objectives. • Responsible for managing ART Common Problem Report (CPR) obligations.
• Coordinate action item assignments across multiple programs.
• Partnering and supporting Stakeholders and Product Owners for assignments and objective definitions.
• Providing oversight to identifying and resolving bottlenecks and risks.
• Ensuring that the ART is results driven.
• Supporting PI Planning Events through ART backlog management.
• Ensuring continuous process improvement.
• Be flexible, motivated, dedicated, detail-focused, team-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking.
• Proactively monitoring CPR assignments, status, and team loads, and assist teams to ensure accurate performance reporting.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Agile Development/Agile Project Methodology
• Project Management Skills
• Bachelors of Science degree or above in Engineering or a related technical discipline (Project, Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, etc.) Physics, Data Science, Data Analysis, or Mathematics with 5 years of professional experience. Must be a US citizen. This position requires special access and an interim Secret clearance or higher to start.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
