A Typical Day:
The Quality Analyst is responsible for compiling, maintaining, analyzing, and developing reporting as it relates to the outcome of Audits, In-Line QA, or Post Mortem QC reviews. As the Analyst, you will also perform quality assurance testing and complete ad hoc analysis as needed.
The Quality Analyst will:
Work closely with vendor(s) to ensure timely and accurate quality assurance testing
Deliver progress and exception reporting relating to management and impacted teams
Monitor, compile, and deliver recurring reporting
Create new reporting formats enabling variable dashboard views of relevant data
Support planning and material preparation to support audit meetings and discussions
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field required
1+ year in analyst role with financial services firm highly desirable
Highly proficient in Excel (e.g., experience with macros) and general strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
Contemporary knowledge of business concepts, life cycles and processes

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
Salary:
$40,000 - $60,000
