A Typical Day:
The Shared Services Supervisor is responsible for the development and oversight of consumer complaints, code violations, and property registrations processes. They will also assist in various other support functions for the Property Preservation department such as investor compliance, inspections, auditing, reporting, and loan level support as needed. The Supervisor will develop and implement policies, procedures, quality assurance/control routines, and operational routines to ensure compliance with investor, insurer, and internal requirements.

The Shared Services Supervisor will:

Attract, develop and retain talent necessary to support business priorities

Approve timecards and time off requests

Track employee productivity

Coach and mentor performing and non-performing employees

Provide regular updates to the Shared Services Manager by attending one-on-one meetings and maintaining open lines of communication

Provide key metric data/results for various management reporting routines

Complete special assignments necessary to support dynamic business needs

Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

What You'll Bring:
Property preservation experience, including investor and insurer requirements, strongly preferred

Previous management experience preferred

Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word

Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently

Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment

Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment

Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred

Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role

Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

Salary:
$55,000 - $85,000
