No one manages a facility maintenance crew better than YOU! Known for your extraordinary attention to detail,you are the Facility Maintenance Supervisor we need to ensure the safety, and efficiency of our work environment.

Job Description:
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Develop and implement terminal and facility maintenance, security and safety programs, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations

Manage vendor relationships, service, maintenance contracts

Develop and manage budgets,maintenance costs, staffing expenses

Plan and manage projects, renovations, expansions

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement

Establish goals and metrics to measure success

Monitor and report progress towards sustainability goals and targets

Plan daily and weekly activities of all maintenance departments

Coordinate emergency repairs with other divisions, monitor maintenance of parts and materials necessary for routine and emergency situations

Develop long range preventive and routine maintenance plans and training for maintenance employees

Job Requirements:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Effective leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Astute problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively

Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a related field

Physical ability required- frequent standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)

Tolerate exposure to hazards such as moving mechanical parts and moving vehiclesMay be subject to atmospheric conditions such as fumes, oils, odors, dusts, mists

EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE

Knowledge of modern business applications such as OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Project, and AutoCAD would be considered a definite plus.

ABOUT YOU

You're an experienced facility maintenance manager with a broad expanse of repair methods, well versed in OSHA and safety regulations.
