We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Provide product information and assistance to customers
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges
• Update customer accounts and records

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
