Job Number 677960BR Description:This position will serve as the Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) Manufacturing Process Engineer responsible for developing and supporting manufacturing processes for rigid, flexible, or rigid-flex printed wiring boards. This position will create and maintain work instruction/ task lists, develop rework/repair instructions from service notifications, assist in design and producibility reviews, initiate process improvements, and validate processes and new equipment in support of the Dallas electrical shop PWB operation. This position will be required to interface with shop floor personnel, shop management, and program management. The candidate will be responsible for driving collaboration across the shops and labs. Seeking candidate with ability to start no later than January 2025.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, electrical, or chemical engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
Desired Skills:
- Able to interpret drawings and specifications to develop and translate into work instructions is strongly desired.
- Manufacturing experience
- Experience in troubleshooting problems and developing solutions.
- Process Development and/or Improvement experience.
- Familiarity with Standards (AS 91000 / AS9102), IPC, J-STD, and MIL-STSD specifications.
- Familiarity with root cause/corrective action definition.
- Ability to liaison between Production.
- Manufacturing software programs.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
