Job Number 675695BR Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is looking for a Program Manager to join the team. This candidate will lead the focused Hypersonic Defense development and application of strategy. What You Will Be Doing Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical execution for development and IRAD Cross Business Area Coordination Deliver results while building and maintaining an effective, diverse, multi-functional team Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, and specifications Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, subcontracts, development, integration and test. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Discover Dallas Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher Active Secret Clearance Demonstrated Program or Project management experience Ability to travel on an as needed basis
Desired Skills: Demonstrated program management and business acumen to include knowledge and understanding of Earned Value Management, negotiations, performance metrics, and processes develop and execute cost and schedule baselines Demonstrated ability developing and executing strategic objectives Previous experience with USG agencies, such as Missile Defense Agency Prior experience supporting or leading capture/proposals Knowledge of requirements management, systems engineering, software/hardware development a plus Demonstrated experience leading large scale, complex system development programs over geographically dispersed locations Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include aptitude for formal presentations of complex issues to management and customers Proactive problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment Strong organization and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to proactively manage multiple tasks and priorities Ability to inspire a diverse cross-functional team to meet goals
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
