Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for accuracy? Our client is seeking a dedicated AR/AP Specialist to be the core of their accounting operations. This role is vital for managing accounts payable and receivable, monitoring cash and credit card accounts, and maintaining essential records.

Grapevine, TX (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable: Manage vendor accounts, ensure accurate entry and reconciliation of bills, apply pricing/discounts, and make timely payments.
  • Accounts Receivable: Record daily sales, handle deposits, and maintain accurate financial documentation.
  • Cash and Credit Monitoring: Track account balances and credit availability for optimized cash flow management.
  • General Office Duties: Maintain document imaging, support transaction postings, reconciliations, and collaborate with internal departments regarding checks and charges.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in the Automotive Industry.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and trustworthiness.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software like QuickBooks.
  • High school diploma required; Business/Accounting degree preferred.
  • CAPP certification is a plus.

Compensation range
Estimated Min Rate: $20.00 to Estimated Max Rate: $25.00
