Job description

Job Title: Principal, Business Development Job Code: 15132 Job Location: Greenville or Plano, Texas Schedule: Regular 9/80 Job Requirements: This position will report to the Director, Business Development (BD) for the Advanced Solutions Group, functionally aligned to the ISR Sector, and will be responsible for reaching across organizational boundaries to position and capture L3Harris content for the Scaled SIGINT enterprise as well as ABMS/JADC2. Furthermore, the candidate will support the Reconnaissance Group as a liaison to the 645 AESS and 645 AESG for advancing RC-135 fleets and adjacent stakeholders within the intelligence community. The preferred candidate will have demonstrated experience working in classified environments on cutting edge technologies, CONOPs, and future concepts relevant to this unique capability. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate a wide aperture for strategic movements within the DOD for advancing the CJADC2 concepts by harnessing core L3Harris technologies and programs for horizontal integration. Relationships with ABMS stakeholders and influencers including USAF RCO and CAIO, AFMC, PEOs, congress, industry partnerships, and media & think tanks to gain program, political, and funding support for the assigned portfolio is required. The candidate will have an active TS/SCI security clearance. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
Direct extensive knowledge of ISR, and airborne and space collection activities, initiatives, and acquisition modalities with specific experience with the program offices and acquisition processes.
Direct extensive knowledge of USAF & DoD JADC2, ABMS, DMO initiatives and acquisition modalities with specific experience with the US Air Force and US Army program offices and acquisition processes
Direct experience working with AFLCMC, SAF/AQ, AFWIC and USAF PEO's.
Experience in Multi-Domain C2ISR and Protected Communications Networks
Demonstrated ability to identify and shape operational gaps applicable to ABMS, JADC2 and DMO initiatives while aligning those gaps to L3H technical offerings / solutions and developing a strategic technical roadmap aligned with the ABMS/JADC2 campaign.
Demostrated experience leveraging modeling and simulation and open architecture methodologies to demonstrate effectiveness across SIGINT and ABMS solution sets. Demonstrated experience in developing winning strategic partnerships with a demonstrated understanding of technology synergies across industry/DoD as well as across corporate portfolios. TS/SCI Clearance eligible, US Citizenship required Preferred Skills (beyond required): Requires mastery level knowledge within a specific technical area or multiple job areas. Viewed as an expert and/or resource within the field by peers in and outside the organization. Demonstrated ability to build and lead cross-functional teams between Government Relations, Program Management and Engineering, to deliver successful campaign results
Familiarity with AF DCGS program to include requirements, architecture and program leadership.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; possesses organization and prioritization skills.
Comfortable working in a high volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, results-oriented work environment
Team oriented with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
TS/SCI Clearance eligible, US Citizenship required
