Responsibilities:

As the Operations and Accounting Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our marketing department to ensure all activities align with our business goals and objectives.
2. Managing and coordinating financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
3. Developing and implementing operational strategies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
4. Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
5. Collaborating with various department heads to optimize operational processes and identify opportunities for growth.
6. Providing leadership and guidance to our accounting team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
7. Conducting regular audits and analyses to assess the performance of our operations and identify areas for improvement.
8. Participating in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the marketing industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
3. Proven experience in managing accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
5. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. High level of proficiency in using accounting software and other financial management tools.
8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to a non-financial audience.
9. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
10. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.
