Job description

Our client is looking for self-driven and passionate Administrator (virtual or in Houston . Start date immediate

The role is exciting and varied daily tasks including:

Recruiting tutors (interviewing and scheduling interviews), verifying all paperwork, on boarding new tutors for orientation, company presentations, answering all enquiries

Completing student intake forms and agreements for new clients

Scheduling sessions for clients and matching tutors to location and available times by clients

Sending weekly reminders to tutors and clients for session days and times for upcoming week

Sending weekly reminders to clients via text and email on Sundays for upcoming week payment

Answering all company enquiries and returning all calls made to business same day or next business day latest

Attending conferences, trade shows and networking events if in person in Houston and virtually if not in Houston

Contacting administrators, Leaders, School directors, Managers and key decision makers in government and follow up on enquiries

Seeking opportunities to promote business and gain new clients

Commission for every contract signed and agreed

Experience with social media a plus (required to manage all social media accounts

Career Advice and support for high school, college students and adults

Scholarship application support and assistance for high school, college, and grad school students

Financial Literacy workshops (managing budgets)

Managing time and prioritizing training

Project based Learning for students

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

be passionate about working with kids

Have some sales experience

Preferred background experience in education but not mandatory

have proven track record in administration

have an engaging, effective approach to sales.

have a bachelor's degree or associate

be a positive influencer, empathetic and patient

be accountable, honest, and professional.

have a demonstrated history of drive and integrity

Us Citizen or permanent resident (no visa sponsorship)

Our ideal candidate will be ready to step in and take on duties and responsibility immediately.

Time Commitment

21 hours a week

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 / hour (online) - $20.00 (face to face) per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 9am - 10am, 4pm - 7pm

Saturdays (12pm - 3pm central time) flexible for 1 hour
